Ending a skip patch early

End a skip patch early.

You can end a skip patch early if needed:

  1. Within the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.

  2. Click View Customer the eye icon. This opens the customer's PROFILE.

  3. Click the customer's CONTRACTS tab within their profile.

  4. Ensure the arrow under No. is pointing down to display the schedules.

  5. On the schedules row showing the patch you wish to amend under Actions click the green double cog icon.

  6. From the dropdown select Delete Schedule Version.

  7. Select Delete the Future Payment Schedule on the pop-up window.

  8. To check the patch has removed click on the calendar icon on the right hand side of the contract row.
