Locate a customer's contract

Locate a customer's Direct Debit contract.

In order to locate a customer's contract, please follow the below steps:

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If a customer doesn't have an active contract, you'll still be able to locate them by following the below steps under the CUSTOMERS tab.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you are searching for a customer by bank details, please search by using the account number.

  1. Search for the customer within the CUSTOMERS tab.

  2. Click the SEARCH button to bring up a list of all contracts, or enter details into one of the search fields and click SEARCH. If your payer is possibly archived, change the dropdown on Customer Status to All to show all contracts including archived.

  3. Under Actions, click View Customer the eye icon which then displays the contract profile.

Alternately you can download a customer list report. This is useful for new payers who have recently been added to Access PaySuite DDCMS. You can add a date range to the Date Created fields and the report shows any new payers created within that date range.
