Access Evo
The Access Evo button will link all your Access products in one place.
All customers that login via the Access Evo login page will see next to the Welcome ‘user’.
Click on the button to switch between other Access products and navigate to other areas such as: Spaces, Copilot and the Feed.
Access Feed
The DDCMS feed will display important information relating to your payments.
The feed will display your disbursal report and collections report.
For disbursal reports:
Click the Access button and select Feed.
Look for the notification that reads A new disbursal has been created and reported.
To view the relevant payments disbursed, select View Related Payments.
To open and view the disbursal report, select Download Report.
For collection reports:
Click the Access button and select Feed.
Look for the notification that reads A new collection has been created and reported.
To view the collection payments, select View Related Payments.
A red dot will appear on your Access button for new notifications if already working inside DDCMS.
If a user is logged in to multiple clients, selecting the feed item link will update your Active Client data scope if you do not already have the relevant client selected. A message will appear at the top saying Your Datascope has Changed.
