If you receive a 404 error when trying to access DDCMS via the 9-dot menu in Access Evo, it may be due to not having been granted Administrator or User permissions for DDCMS. You need to ask an Access Evo Administrator in your organisation to manage your role to provide permissions.

Should you receive a 404 error message during the use of Access Paysuite DDCMS (after successfully accessing the platform), please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and provide details of the error reference you received on screen. Please also include a screenshot of the page showing the error.
A member of the team will then use the information provided to investigate the issue.

If you receive a 404 error message when uploading a file, this may be due to you using the wrong type of file that works within the portal. The files must be a CSV or XLSX type, otherwise this will not import successfully.
