Confirming if a Direct Debit will cancel after multiple unpaid payments

Whether a Direct Debit automatically cancels after repeatedly going unpaid.

If your customer has multiple failed collections, DDCMS only updates the status of the payment and doesn't automatically change the status of a Direct Debit instruction to cancelled. The cancellation must be actioned by either you or the customer.
