We operate as a payment service provider approved to process payments in accordance with the Direct Debit scheme rules and are strictly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We process authorised payments on behalf of thousands of clients across businesses, charities and the public sector.

Please provide your Direct Debit reference so that we can identify the transaction and the specific client who have set up this Direct Debit. This reference will show on your bank statement or online banking. Your bank can also provide you with this. Under Direct Debit scheme rules, Direct Debits can be authorised and set up over the telephone, online or by completing a Direct Debit mandate, we can assure you that all our clients have an obligation to follow these processes correctly.

We don't set up Direct Debits against customer accounts ourselves we only process them on behalf of clients. There will be an explanation as to why this Direct Debit has been set up and as soon as we have the Direct Debit reference, we can provide the client's information so you can contact them directly.
