If the frequency for the GiftAid confirmation on the Review page shows incorrectly, please follow the steps below to rectify this.
Login to Access Evo.
Select the Payments product.
Click the Edit button next to the required eDD site.
On the left side of the page, select the Pages icon (full page icon).
From the further menu, select the Review page.
Click the textbox that contains the GiftAid confirmation.
Where the confirmation advises 'This means the total value of your donation is', please ensure the sentence ends as follows and format in bold: £{{AmountWithGiftAid2dp}} {{Frequency}}
Click the tick button at the top of the textbox, and then the Save Design button at the top of the page.
This pulls the information from the areas within the page, after the amount and frequency has been selected by the customer.
