When you add a new customer, you need to include the schedule name in the upload file. To find this, simply click the SCHEDULES tab. Under the Service schedules column, each schedule name shows directly next to each check box.
In the following example, the schedule names are 'Default Schedule', 'Monthly, every 1', and 'Monthly, every 1, End on exact date'.
📌Note: Schedules within DDCMS are case-sensitive and must contain any punctuation showing in the name. i.e. 'monthly every 1' would not be accepted, only 'Monthly, every 1'.
