Check that the following fields contain a date in the dd/mm/yyyy format:
F – Customer.DateOfBirth
W – Contract.Start
Date of birth isn’t mandatory, so if it isn’t needed, leave the field blank. Entering any other characters can trigger this error.

Error message 'String was not recognised as a valid Date/Time'.
