Customer upload error: Account Numbers

Error message 'AccountNumber can only be eight characters long and only numbers'.

There must be exactly eight numbers for each entry in column Q.

To ensure any preceding zeros are recognised, you will need to adjust the number format for the cells in column Q.


To do this, you will need to right‑click the column header (Q) and select Format Cells from the menu. Then select CUSTOM and add 8 0's into the TYPE field, as per the screenshot below:

📌Note: If you reopen the file and make any edits before uploading it to Access PaySuite DDCMS, you’ll need to reapply this custom format to column Q before saving and uploading again.
