If you're receiving the above error when uploading a customer CSV file, you'll need to check your schedule names under the Service schedules heading on the SCHEDULES tab of Access PaySuite DDCMS. The schedule name shows directly next to a tick box.

You must enter the schedule name under column S 'Schedule. Name' of the upload template, and it must match exactly with no extra spaces or characters.

Error message 'Schedule Name 'xxxxx' does not exist'.
