Monitoring the progress and status of your files is essential for staying on top of your tasks and ensuring everything is moving smoothly through the system. DDCMS Direct gives you clear ways to track your files, from basic status updates to full audit logs.

To monitor the progress and status of your files in DDCMS Direct, use the following screens:

  • Home Screen - Displays a summary of outstanding tasks and shows a quick overview of outgoing file statuses.

  • Outgoing Files Screen - Provides a detailed list of all outgoing files including search and filter options to help you locate specific files quickly.

  • File Review Screen - Shows comprehensive file details and a full audit history for each file.

The Audit Screen in DDCMS Direct helps you keep track of everything happening in the system. It provides a complete log of all activities including:

  • When files are uploaded, approved, or rejected.

  • Any changes to user permissions.

  • All incoming BACS file activity. You can filter by date to view actions from a specific time, by user to see what someone has done, or by filename to track a particular file, and you can export the results to XLSX if you need to save or share them.
