When a file is flagged with a 'Missing Processing Date' status, it means the system couldn't determine when the file should be processed. To resolve this, follow these simple steps:
Click Review and Fix File and this will open the file details and allow you to correct the missing date.
Choose a correct processing date using the below options:
Manual Selection - Use the calendar dropdown option to choose an appropriate processing date based on your specific needs.
Automatic Selection - Click the Use Next Available Date button to let the system select the next available processing date for you. This option ensures that the earliest valid working day is applied, following system rules for cut-off times, weekends, and bank holidays.
Once you've selected a date, click Continue to proceed. The file will then be updated and ready for processing.
