Access PaySuite DDCMS allows you to capture language preferences within your reports, making it easy to identify Welsh‑speaking customers and maintain bilingual support, which supports your compliance. You can add language columns, apply filters, and create custom templates for more detailed reporting.
When creating a custom report and selecting columns, ensure you include the Customer.Language field. This is essential for displaying and filtering by language preference.
After adding this field and confirming your column selection, please follow these steps:
Under Column Naming and Filtering, each field has an Edit (pencil) icon.
Click the pencil icon to apply filters for language preferences.
Choose whether to view English or Welsh customers.
Once selected, click the Update (tick) button to save changes for that field.
Finally, save and run your report to see which customers are set to English or Welsh. This makes it easy to check language preferences and keep things compliant. You can use this feature on both Contracts and Payments reports, so you can look at customer details or payment info by language.
