View Client Details

An overview of your SUN, Bacs, Direct Debit, and disbursal configuration.

Written by Gemma Langley

The View Client Details option in Access PaySuite DDCMS provides a read-only view of your organisation's payment configuration.

The View Client Details option can be accessed from the Quick Search panel on the left-hand side of the screen. This option is available across areas such as Schedules, Communications, Bacs, and Cancellation Templates. If you are working in the Customers tab, the Quick Search panel will only appear after opening an individual customer profile.

When selected, the Client Details window opens and displays key information about your current setup, including SUN configuration, Bacs processing timelines, Direct Debit collection dates, and disbursal settings. This allows you to review your configuration without making any changes.

  • Existing Direct Debit Earliest Payment Date – The earliest date an existing Direct Debit can be collected.

  • Payment due job look forward days – The number of days in advance the system looks for Direct Debit payments that are due to be collected.

Disbursal Settings

  • Number of days hold back for disbursal – The number of days funds are held before they are included in a disbursal run.

  • Days we disburse on – The days of the week on which disbursals are processed.
