A SUN is a six-digit number that is used to identify a transaction of money made by a direct debit payment.

If you use paper mandates to sign up new customers the SUN appears on the mandate. You can also find it by going to the schedules tab in DDCMS as if to set up a contract.

If your company has its own SUN, the title of the SUN shows on your customers bank statements and will usually be the name of your company.

If your company uses our SUN, the title of Access PaySuite can appear on your customer's bank statements.

Contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you will be connected to a support agent for further investigation.
