You can call our support team. The contact phone number is 01206 675847 and select option 2.

Support can be provided at any time through our digital assistant which is available in Access PaySuite DDCMS. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to start a new conversation.

Our digital assistant facility can connect you to a support agent between Monday and Friday from 8.00am - 6.00pm (excluding bank holidays).

πŸ“ŒNote: When contacting the Support Desk, please ensure you have the following data protection information ready. This is required to verify your identity and assist you promptly:

  • Your Service User Number

  • Sort Code

  • Last 4 digits of your account number

  • The account in which you receive your disbursals

Having these details prepared will help us resolve your query efficiently and securely.
