It is not possible to download a copy of an amendment letter that has been sent to a customer however it can be resent to them following the below steps:
Using the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.
Click on View Customer the eye icon, this takes you to the customer's PROFILE tab.
Click the SYSTEM COMMUNICATIONS tab.
Click the icon under the resent column for the letter you wish to resend.
