If you have received a BACS message for a customer and within their Contract Updates tab it shows 'Instruction Amended - No action required.', this usually means that the message could not be applied to the customer because the change had already been made.

We may have previously received an ADDACS or AUDDIS to update or amend the Direct Debit Instruction, or the bank details already matched what we hold in the system. This message can be disregarded.
