If you need to update the email address linked to your account, you can do so easily through your profile settings. Follow these steps:
๐Note: If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
๐Note: If you no longer have access to your old email address, contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak to a support agent.
Log in to your account using your current email address and password.
Click the Profile or Account Settings tab (usually found in the top-right corner of the dashboard).
Select Edit Email Address from the available options.
Enter your new email address in the provided field.
Click Save or Update to confirm the change.
Verify your new email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your new email inbox.
Log in again using the updated email address once verification is complete.
