If your eDD page is currently set up to allow customers to sign-up to Direct Debit on a rolling schedule but you require this to be ad hoc only, or vice versa, it's possible for us to recreate your page using the new frequency.
Please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent who can action this for you.
📌Note: It's not possible for an eDD page to have adhoc and rolling options on the same page. This requires two separate eDD URLs.
