It is possible to set a minimum amount for eDD pages which ensures new Direct Debits are only over a certain amount.
If you would like to have a minimum amount for eDD sign-ups, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query you're connected to a support agent for further investigation. Please let us know the amount you wish to set.
📌Note: The minimum amount can only be set for all eDD pages under your account and not individual pages.
