If you're using eDD alongside Access PaySuite DDCMS to collect Direct Debit sign ups, you can provide an Additional Reference for a Direct Debit contract, by appending it as a query string to the site’s URL.
To do this, append the below value to your eDD URL, including the additional reference directly after the equals sign, before providing the URL to the customer.
?additionalReference=
You'll then be able to search contracts in Access PaySuite DDCMS based on the additional reference passed during the Direct Debit sign up.
