It is possible for a new service or schedule to be added to your account. Alternatively, you may wish to update an existing schedule for new customers.
Within the CUSTOMERS tab, find the customer by searching any of the fields.
Click View Customer the eye icon. This opens the customer's PROFILE.
Click on CONTRACTS tab.
On the contract row under Actions click the double green cog icon.
From the dropdown, click on Edit Schedule.
Choose the option you want to make the change from.
πNote: Use the calendar drop down if selecting a future date.
To add the payment schedule version, populate the payment frequency, how much to collect and the terminating payments fields.
Click Next Step to see a summary of future payment dates.
Click Confirm these changes.
