This error means that one or more entries in the file aren’t in the correct format.
Check the File Format tab in the Guidance Template to ensure all fields meet the required structure. Common formatting issues include:
Amount fields being formatted as currency (e.g., containing a £ symbol) instead of plain numbers.
Sort codes containing hyphens, which need to be removed.
