The Firstname field can only include the following characters:
Uppercase letters A–Z
Numbers 0–9
Full stop .
Comma ,
Forward slash /
Dash -
Ampersand &
Space
All rows before this one were imported successfully, so check the Customer.FirstName field in column B and remove any characters that aren’t on the allowed list.
📌Note: Although the ampersand (&) is listed as an acceptable character, it is not currently supported for this field. Please delete any ampersands.
