This error means that one of the entries in the file isn't in the correct format.
Check the File Format tab in the Guidance Template to ensure everything is formatted correctly.
Known Causes
Amount fields being formatted as currency with a £ sign. This just needs to be formatted as a number.
Sort code including hyphens - these need to be removed.
