The following custom template types are available in the drop down list when using the Template Library.


Bulk Cancel and Archive

There are no mandatory fields for this template.

You may add the following fields from the Available Columns to customise the template:

  • Direct Debit Reference Identifier

  • Additional Reference

  • Customer Reference Identifier

  • Comment

  • Cancellation Code

  • Archive


Update Contracts

There are no mandatory fields for this template.

You may add the following fields from the Available Columns to customise the template:
