If you would like to upload your payment files using a different reference as an identifier, you may wish to create a new payment template which allows you to have either Customer Reference or Additional Reference within the template to identify who to apply the payment to.
To create a bespoke payment upload template, follow the steps below:
Login to Access PaySuite DDCMS.
Navigate to FILE UPLOAD.
Click Create New Template.
Create a name for your template on the Template Name field.
On Action Type drop-down menu select Upload New.
On Template Type drop-down menu select New Debit Payments.
Tick does your file have a header if you wish the first row of your file to include headers.
The Selected Columns table will be populated with the headers Amount and Date.
Choose one reference identifier from the Available Columns table and drag across to the Selected Columns table.
You may with to change the order of the fields by dragging and dropping.
Once satisfied with the selection press Save.
Your template then appears in the Template Library, alongside our shared system templates. Press the Download button to obtain a CSV for completion, which you may then upload using the Upload File.
