To upload new customers using our standard templates within the File Upload tab:
📌Note: If you have individual customers to add to Access PaySuite DDCMS, you can do this by adding a new customer via the Schedules tab without uploading a bulk template.
To check all information has been successfully uploaded, run a Customer list report with parameters set for Contract Creation Date as of the date you completed the upload.
