If you've created a bespoke file upload template for new customers, you can upload your new customers using the steps below.
๐Note: The system handles file validation differently based on file size. For smaller files validation happens immediately. For larger files the system processes the file through a job in the background to ensure accurate and efficient validation. For larger files a progress bar is displayed, allowing you to monitor the validation as it happens in real time. You'll also see a note informing you that you can navigate away from the page, while the validation continues in the background. However, a warning is displayed "At this stage your file has not been submitted yet!"
๐Note: You need to click the Download icon next to your custom template from the Template Library within the File Upload tab and complete the template with your new customer's details before moving onto these steps. You may also wish to use a pre-made template from the list shown on the Template Library tab.
When logged into Access PaySuite DDCMS, click File Upload tab.
Click Template Library, select the custom template you have created.
Click download icon to save the blank template.
Complete the fields within the spreadsheet and save in CSV or XLSX format.
In the FILE UPLOAD tab, select Upload a file.
Select your template from the drop-down menu.
Under Data File, click to select a file.
Click Upload File icon.
If validated with errors, you need to correct the errors before you can submit the file.
