Delete a User

Deactivating a user on Access PaySuite DDCMS.

This only applies to you if you are logged in directly through Access PaySuite DDCMS rather than Access Evo, as the process of deleting a user is different through the Access Evo portal.

You are unable to completely delete a user from Access PaySuite DDCMS, however you can deactivate the user.
​
To deactivate a user from Access PaySuite DDCMS, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on USERS on the Green bar.

  2. Find the user you would like to deactivate.

  3. Click on the PENCIL ICON.

  4. Untick the IS ACTIVATED box.

  5. Click SAVE.
