This only applies to you if you are logged in directly through Access PaySuite DDCMS rather than Access Evo, as the process of deleting a user is different through the Access Evo portal.

You are unable to completely delete a user from Access PaySuite DDCMS, however you can deactivate the user.

To deactivate a user from Access PaySuite DDCMS, please follow the steps below:
Click on USERS on the Green bar.
Find the user you would like to deactivate.
Click on the PENCIL ICON.
Untick the IS ACTIVATED box.
Click SAVE.
