You can submit your payment file ahead of your usual submission date if needed.
If submitting your payment files early, we strongly recommend using the date calculator to confirm submission cut-off deadlines.
Once in the date calculator page, populate the New Direct Debit setup notice period and Payment requests notice period as applicable for your organisation and then select your desired collection date by clicking the appropriate date from the Calendar.
The tool displays submission deadlines for both New Direct Debits and Payments, helping you identify the correct submission window.
📌Note: Collections can only occur on working days. If your selected date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the date calculator will prompt you to choose the previous working day. In such cases, the payment will be taken on the next working day.
