Check a payment file has successfully submitted

Confirm that your payment file has been successfully submitted.

There are two ways to check whether an ad hoc payment file has been successfully submitted after being uploaded to Access PaySuite DDCMS.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you receive an email about an unsubmitted file but have already submitted it in the meantime, simply check that the file status is Submitted and disregard the email.

The first option is to check the file submitted status:

  1. Login to Access PaySuite DDCMS.

  2. Click on the FILE UPLOAD tab.

  3. Click on Uploaded files.

  4. Status shows as Submitted if the file has been successfully submitted.

If the status doesn't show as Submitted, you need to click View Summary and follow the usual steps to submit the file.

Another way to check whether the file has been successfully uploaded and submitted is to download a Future Payments Due report for the due date on the file. This shows all payments submitted for collection on that particular date.
