You can change the bank account for Direct Debit disbursals, but it must be a company account registered to your organisation.
πNote: We can only send the Change of Bank Details form to the named person on the Trading Agreement.
Change your bank account details
We'll need to send you an online Change of Bank Details form, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak to a support agent to request this.
The new account must be a company bank account - personal accounts aren't allowed.
You can also request that future invoice collections come from the new account by ticking the relevant box on the form.
