Updating your bank account details for disbursal payments.

You can change the bank account for Direct Debit disbursals, but it must be a company account registered to your organisation.

πŸ“ŒNote: We can only send the Change of Bank Details form to the named person on the Trading Agreement.


To change your bank account details:

  • We'll need to send you an online Change of Bank Details form, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak to a support agent to request this.

  • The new account must be a company bank account - personal accounts aren't allowed.

  • You can also request that future invoice collections come from the new account by ticking the relevant box on the form.
