If your bank account details have changed and you wish to update the details we hold for the disbursal of funds collected or for the payment of your invoices, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible.
πNote: We can only send Change of Bank Details forms to the named person on the Trading Agreement.
Change your bank details
We'll send you an online Change of Bank Details form for completion and return. Please contact our Access Digital Assistant and request to speak with a support agent to request this.
The new account must be a company bank account registered to your organisation. Personal bank accounts aren't allowed.
You can also request that future invoice collections come from the new account by ticking the relevant box on the form.
