If your bank account details have changed and you wish to update the details we hold for the disbursal of funds collected or for the payment of your invoices, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible.
šNote: We can only send Change of Bank Details forms to the named person on the Trading Agreement.
Change your bank details
We'll send you an online Change of Bank Details form for completion and return.
The new account must be a company bank account registered to your organisation. Personal bank accounts aren't allowed.
You can also request that future invoice collections come from the new account by ticking the relevant box on the form.
To request the change form, please email the support team at [email protected]. Include the following information in your email:
SUN (Service User Number)
Current Sort Code
Current Last 4 digits of the bank account in which you are currently receiving your disbursals into.
If applicable, also include additional information within the email such as, changes to:
Ownership
Company name
New directors
