Sending an automated email to a customer when they cancel their Direct Debit contract.

It's not currently possible to send an automated email via Access PaySuite DDCMS if a customer cancels their Direct Debit instruction through their bank. If the customer cancels the contract directly in Access PaySuite DDCMS, you can send a cancellation email to the customer.
