The Cancellation Templates Menu in Access PaySuite DDCMS helps you manage everything related to cancellations. This includes setting up codes and reasons for cancellations, and creating email or letter templates to communicate with customers.

Any Custom templates will appear first, followed by the BACS System templates. You can modify BACS System templates to include the content from the body of Custom templates and this will automatically trigger the created template when the corresponding BACS message is received.

Within the Cancellation Templates tab, you can do the following:

  • Create Cancellation Codes and Reasons
Add new codes and reasons to keep your records accurate and well-organised. This helps you clearly track and understand the reason for each cancellation.

  • View Existing Details
Check all your current codes, reasons, templates, and email or letter options.

  • Edit or Delete
Update or remove any codes, reasons, or templates when needed to keep information up to date.

  • Create Email and Letter Cancellation Templates
Design templates that provide professional and consistent communication to customers when a cancellation occurs.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you require Access PaySuite DDCMS to send cancellation emails or letters, additional charges may apply. If you need clarification of these charges, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
