If you have several options for your customers to choose their membership type on the online sign up form and would like to capture this data within Access PaySuite DDCMS. You need to create a custom question. This is best as a dropdown so the customer can select one answer. This fields needs to be mandatory in order to ensure every customer is captured.
Rename the question such as "Please confirm your membership type".
This custom question then pulls through the answer to Access PaySuite DDCMS and is visible on the profile page of the customer. You will also be able to build custom reports including this field.
