If you have submitted a payment file or added a one-off payment to a customer and would like to check the details for an individual payment, please follow the steps below:
Search for the customer within the CUSTOMERS tab.
Using the search field, enter key data to locate the payer and click Search.
Click View Customer the eye icon.
Once within the customer, click the PAYMENT HISTORY tab.
You will see a list of payments with the latest entries at the top of the list.
From here, you can check the Due Date to see when we will attempt collection, the BACS Status to see whether the payment is pending or successful/unsuccessful and more information relating to the payment.
