Customer upload Error: 'Schedule Name 'xxxxx' does not exist'

Error message 'Schedule Name 'xxxxx' does not exist'.

If you are receiving the above error when uploading a customer CSV file, you will need to check your schedule names under the Service schedules heading on the SCHEDULES tab of DDCMS. The schedule name will show directly next to a tickbox.

You must enter the schedule name under column S 'Schedule. Name' of the upload template, and it must match exactly with no extra spaces or characters.
