When submitting a file in DDCMS Direct, you may occasionally encounter issues such as a cancelled submission, a failed export, or restrictions on editing after upload. Understanding the reasons behind these occurrences enables you to take the appropriate corrective actions and maintain a smooth and efficient submission process.

File Submission Cancelled

A file may be cancelled if the processing date is in the past. This typically occurs when there is a delay between approval and final submission. Cancelled files will show a status of 'Cancelled' with a remark explaining the reason. You will then need to upload a new file with a valid future processing date.

Bank Export Failed

If a file displays the status 'Bank Export Failed', it indicates a transmission issue. Review the file details in the Review File screen. If the issue persists, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant. The support team can investigate the FTP submission process.

Editing Uploaded Files

Inline editing is available for SD Direct files with 50 or fewer errors. For files with more errors or those that are rejected, download the error list, correct the file, and re-upload. Files that have been successfully processed cannot be modified.
