Access PaySuite DDCMS supports English and Welsh language options to ensure inclusivity and supports your compliance requirements in bilingual regions. When uploading customer data using a custom file, it’s essential to include the correct language codes so that customer communications display in the chosen language.

When creating a bespoke file upload template, ensure you include the Language Preference column, using the correct codes. This column is required to specify the language for each customer record and instructs Access PaySuite DDCMS to display customer communications in English, Welsh, or both according to the customer’s preference. If the language preference is not provided, the system will default to English.

📌Note: If your language preference is Welsh, all communications will be bilingual. Welsh-only formats aren’t available due to Bacs requirements.

📌Note: Unsupported languages (e.g. French) will be rejected.
