Amend an existing schedule for a customer.

If you need to amend an existing schedule on Access PaySuite DDCMS, please

contact our Access Digital Assistant. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation. Please include the below information:

  • The existing schedule you would like to amend.

  • If applicable, the dates you would like to add/remove to the schedule.

  • If applicable, any frequency, amount and/or termination type changes.

  • Any other changes required.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you own your Service User Number you will be able to add any dates to your schedules, there is no limit to this.
